“Mama, Are You Sad Because You’re Not Famous Anymore?” – Zia and Sixto’s Innocent Question Shattered Marian Rivera’s Heart in a Way NO ONE Expected!💔 Fans Are SH0CKED by What Marian Shared…

Do Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes’s kids Zia and Sixto know that they’re famous?
This was a topic that Marian talked more about in her interview on the “Updated with Nelson Canlas” podcast.
It was a quiet family dinner when Zia, watching an old family commercial on TV, suddenly asked:
“Mommy, why are we always on TV? Is that normal?”
Marian looked at Dingdong. Both were caught off guard, unsure how to respond.
Then Sixto, the younger but blunt sibling, chimed in with a heavier question:
“If we weren’t your kids, would people still know us?”
What seemed like childlike curiosity hit Marian like a punch to the chest.
“I didn’t know where that question came from,” Marian confided to close friends. “But I could feel that something deeper was bothering them.”
A Growing Awareness
Marian admits that as Zia and Sixto grow older, they’re starting to understand the world they were born into — the fame, the attention, the expectations.
“They’re not even teenagers yet, but they already feel the pressure. And that breaks my heart,” she added.
According to a family friend, Marian once overheard Zia telling a friend on FaceTime:
“Sometimes I just want to be normal. I don’t like being photographed all the time, even at the mall.”
When the very intelligent Zia asks something about their work, the couple would look at each other and take it as their cue to explain.
Marian also said that they are very proud of their jobs because this is how they met.
“Na-build namin yung dream house namin, na-extend namin sa mga mahal namin sa buhay ‘yung happiness na meron kami, so very proud kami dito ni Dong. Kaya sabi siguro ni Dong it’s about time, yung ipunta natin sa GMA si Zia para sabihin nating ito ‘yung network namin, [ito ‘yung office namin].”
This is something that DongYan plans on doing soon. “Kailangan malaman niya kung ano ba talaga ang trabaho ni mama at ni dada,” Marian said.
Sixto likewise knows what his parents do for a living since he gets to see shoots in their home.
“[At] a right age lang siguro si Sixto na maipaliwanag, like Zia, seven years old. Parang yung age niya is enough na para mas maintindihan kung anong work,” Marian said.
And during shoots, Zia gets more of an idea of the whole production process and what an actor’s job entails.
“[Sinasama] namin siya sa ‘Bonggang Villa’ taping so may idea na siya kung ano ibig sabihin ng pag-aartista, ano ibig sabihin ng ito si Direk, ito ‘yung camera, ito ‘yung mga characters,” she said. “[Siguro] ‘yun ‘yung step one namin na sa maisama namin siya sa mga trabaho para makapag observe siya.”
Going to production may also be why Zia is such a natural during her commercial shoots!
In fact, for Marian, Zia is even better than her.
