After powering through six chemotherapy sessions, TV personality Cesca Litton is ecstatic to “finally breathe” and celebrate this milestone.

Litton, who is diagnosed with breast cancer, declared on her Instagram page on Sunday, June 29, that she capped off her last chemotherapy cycle. The post also includes clips of her being assisted by medical workers and having a mini-graduation ceremony to commemorate the end of her chemotherapy.

“Found a lump. Act now, feel later. Diagnosis. Act now, feel later. Surgery. Act now, feel later. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy, later is now,” she began.

“It felt like I was holding my breath for the past few months, holding myself together because there was still so much to be done. The closer I got to my last chemo cycle, the more I unraveled, and last Friday, I could finally breathe and let go,” she said.

The TV personality, however, clarified that she will undergo hormonal treatments, and will be under medical tests and other procedures. Despite this, she is hopeful that she will be “in remission” at the right time.

“It’s not over yet. I start hormonal treatments next month, more tests and meds for the next 5 years, and then hopefully be declared officially in remission. For now, I celebrate this win. I will celebrate every single win I can, big or small,” she said.

Litton admitted that the end of her chemotherapy made her a “weepy mess,” but this is due to the support of her loved ones, doctors, and “complete strangers” who helped her along her journey.

“I also celebrate the people who got me through. Every single circle in my life stepped up, the expected and the unexpected. Complete strangers who have reached out and shared their stories, prayers, words of encouragement. My doctors and nurses ensured I got the best care. But above all else, how do I even begin to thank a God who carried me through this?” she said.

Litton received support from her followers in the comments, including actress-newscaster KaladKaren and news anchor Migs Bustos.

Litton revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2025, although she had been battling the disease since last year. She also reiterated that the importance of how “early detection” is key.
